Your knowledge lives
in Slack.
So does Griot.

Griot captures institutional knowledge as it's created — in Slack threads, not documentation sprints. So your team always has answers, even when the person who knows isn't around.

of what keeps your business running lives in people's heads

Structured docs capture the basics. The rest — the historical context, the nuance, the art of running your business — lives in Slack, in email threads, in the people who've been around longest.

When knowledge lives in people, those people become interruptible.

Managers repeat the same answers constantly. Onboarding pulls time from your most tenured people. Knowledge distribution is only as good as whoever is distributing it that day.

You're already paying for this problem — in salary, time, and momentum — every single day.

How it works

From Slack conversation to institutional memory — automatically.

01 / Connect

Griot joins your Slack workspace

No migration. No new system for your team to learn. Griot works inside the tool you already live in — silently capturing knowledge as it's created in conversations.

02 / Capture

Knowledge is extracted and tagged automatically

When your team answers a question, documents a decision, or explains a process — Griot recognizes it, categorizes it, and stores it with the right context attached.

03 / Answer

Your team asks questions. Griot answers them.

Ask Griot anything in Slack. It searches your captured knowledge and surfaces the right answer — or routes the question to the right person when it can't find one, so your knowledge base gets smarter over time.

No new place to look. Just answers, right where your team already is.

Griot lives entirely in Slack. When someone asks a question, Griot answers it in the thread — with context, source, and confidence.

Hey — quick q, what's our policy on giving prospects access to the sandbox before a contract is signed? I know we've done it before but can't find where we landed.

Yes — the current policy allows sandbox access for qualified prospects after an intro call. Access is limited to 14 days and requires a signed NDA. This was decided by ops + sales leadership after the Folio pilot in Q2. → See full thread
